What is my account?
We make shopping easier for our users by providing an account in our store. You can create an account in BrandStore which gives you the option:
How to update my information?
To update any of your information like address, contact details or even to update your password, go to My Account. In My Account, you will have the options to change your credentials.
How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
After you have placed the order, BrandStore team will review the order. If the details provided by you are genuine, then your order is confirmed, after confirmation you will receive an email regarding order confirmation.
Can I order a product which is out of stock?
Yes, BrandStore provides our customers the option to order a product which is out of stock. But for now, we provide this option only to limited products.
Is it necessary to have an account?
No, It is not necessary for our customers to have an account in BrandStore. You can purchase any products as guest. But you should have an account because it makes your checkout easier in future purchases.
Is gift wrapping available at BrandStore?
BrandStore provides gift wrapping facility for our customers. If you want any products to be gift wrapped, you can leave us a note while you checkout. We make sure it is done!
How do I pay for a purchase from your Store?
BrandStore has different payment options. You can purchase the product through cash on delivery or through online credit card/debit card transaction.
What is COD?
Cash on Delivery option is provided by BrandStore to all regions in UAE and also around GCC. We will be delivering the products within 2 to 3 days. Express delivery is also provided by BrandStore.
Is it safe to use my credit card in your store?
You credit card information will be safe and secured in BrandStore. We will not allow any fraud activities in our store as our store is frequently observed by our IT Team.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order by sending an email to email@example.com including your contact details and order number.
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order Status by simply going to your My Account page. In My Account page the order history will be shown. You can click on order history, view the order and track it using the Tracking Id.
How do I track my order shipment?
We will be sending you a mail along with the Tracking Id after your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Go to www.aramex.com, click on shipment tracking and enter your Tracking Id.
Does BrandStore deliver internationally?
Yes, BrandStore also deliver the products internationally. BrandStore also provides the option for our users outside UAE to purchase our products but some restricted products cannot be shipped outside UAE.
How does the delivery process work?
After you have placed the order, we will fulfill the order and make it ready to be shipped. Our carriers will be collecting the order and will deliver to you within 2-3 days. You can track your order during this time.
How to return an item?
You can request us for returns at any time. For returns you have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. Our team will be contacting you by email or by a phone call before our carrier comes to your location to pick the item. Usually the returns will take a maximum of 10 to 15 days.
Can I exchange an item I purchased?
BrandStore provides the option for exchanges but it will be only for sizing. BrandStore will not accept any exchanges other than this category. Exchanges will take a maximum of 10 to 15 days. For exchanges, send an email to email@example.com with your order number.
What are the products that cannot be returned?
The products that comes under non-returnable section will not be accepted. Non-Returnable items are listed in the Return and Refund Policy.
